i know this band. they are a three piece from Cincinnati, OH. this 7" is their only real release other than some demos.

they may be broken up now i'm not sure, haven't seen them in a while.

Ex- Zyklon-B, (grindcore band not black metal band), Shrapnelface and a few others.
